Regarding Terms of Service and Payment
Ha Giang Family Travel has established terms and payment conditions that apply to all clients and operations of Ha Giang Top Travel regarding the provision of travel and tourism services, as follows:
- Book a tour
– Booking: To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend booking your tour at least 4 days prior to the departure date. While last-minute bookings may be accepted subject to availability, booking in advance allows Ha Giang Family Travel to better prepare and organize your trip, ensuring a more thoughtful and well-coordinated experience.
– Booking Channels: You may book your tour through the following channels:
✓ Booking Form: Complete the booking form available on the Ha Giang Family Travel website and follow the provided instructions; or
✓ Email: Send your booking request to hagiangfamilytravel@gmail.com or
✓ WhatsApp/Zalo: Contact us at (+84) 963.315.515.
✓ Response Time: Ha Giang Family Travel strives to respond to all booking and consultation inquiries within a maximum of 24 hours.
– Booking Confirmation and Consultation: A member of the Ha Giang Family Travel team will reach out to you to provide detailed information and guidance regarding your booking.
- Pay
– Guests are required to provide a non-refundable deposit of at least 30% of the tour value. You can conveniently pay the deposit through Ha Giang Family Travel’s payment channels; the remaining balance can be settled when you arrive at our office in Ha Giang, prior to the tour’s departure.
– Payment channels:
+ Domestic payment (for Vietnamese customers):* Account number: ……………………………* Open at: ………………………..* Account holder: Ecomin Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
+ International Payments (For international customers)* Please make your payment via the payment gateway system. OnePay.* Ha Giang Family Travel will send a QR code or a payment link to you.
– Money transfer fee: Transfer costs are to be borne by the payer.
- Requirements for motorcycle and car drivers
3.1. Age and licenses
– The driver must comply with all conditions for being permitted to drive under the laws of Vietnam.
– The driver must have at least 2,000 km of driving experience over the past two years on similar routes and in a similar type of vehicle.
3.2. Requirements for self-driving
– If you wish to drive yourself, please inform us at the time of booking. For international travelers, a valid International Driving Permit (issued in accordance with the 1968 Vienna Convention) and a national driver’s license recognized in Vietnam are required; both documents must be presented before the tour begins.
3.3. Legal liability and obligations
– Participants must comply with all local traffic laws and follow the instructions of the tour leader and/or tour guide.
– The consumption of alcohol or stimulants before or during the tour is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the tour, with no refunds provided.
– We are not responsible for any loss, delay, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Adjusting and changing the schedule
– We reserve the right to adjust the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, or other safety-related issues. Participants will be promptly notified of any significant changes.
- Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy
– Immediate notification: Should you have any complaints or questions during your tour, please notify Ha Giang Family Travel immediately so that we can address the matter as quickly and effectively as possible.
– Timely response: The Ha Giang Family Travel team is committed to providing prompt and satisfactory solutions. Ha Giang Family Travel encourages open, direct communication throughout the tour to ensure that any issues are addressed immediately.
– Prioritizing resolution through mutual agreement: Ha Giang Family Travel prioritizes negotiating with clients to reach a satisfactory resolution regarding any issues or disputes that may arise between the two parties during the provision and use of services. Ha Giang Family Travel conducts such negotiations and makes statements in accordance with its core corporate culture and values.
The above constitutes the terms of service and payment between Ha Giang Family Travel and the customer. By using the services provided by Ha Giang Family Travel, you agree to abide by these terms of service and payment.
