– Before each journey, Ha Giang Family Travel gathers necessary information, such as:

  • Number of participants;
  • Ages of children;

  • Physical mobility of the participants;
  • Preferences and desired experiences;
  • Dining and accommodation requirements;
  • Time available for the trip;

2.2. Children aged 02 to under 05 years old

Children aged 2 to under 5 years are eligible for special rates, depending on the specific tour program.

Specific prices are announced or confirmed by Ha Giang Family Travel at the time of booking, based on the actual services utilized by the child.

Children may share a bed with their parents, provided this complies with the accommodation’s policies.

Individual services such as extra beds, separate meals, admission tickets, or dedicated seats on transport are subject to the policies of each respective provider.

2.3. Children aged 5 to 10 years

Children aged 5 to under 10 years may be eligible for child-rate pricing, depending on the specific program.

Ha Giang Family Travel provides dedicated seating on vehicles and services tailored to the child’s age.

Should a family request a separate bed, a private room, or any additional services, the associated costs will be communicated prior to the confirmation of the booking.

2.4. Children aged 10 years or older

Charged at the adult rate, unless the tour program specifies otherwise.
